Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a popular American after winning American Idol's first season. This win catapulted Clarkson into the spotlight and secured her an agreement with RCA Records 19 Recordings, along with 'S Recordings. In the years since her win, she's released several recordings from her studio. In these albums, 3 reached the top of the US Billboard 200 Chart while others were only one centimeter away. She was among the most popular performers on American Idol. When she was successful, she experimented with different themes and music styles often co-writing her songs in accordance of her own feelings. The singer received critical acclaim as well as several important awards for her creativity and singing prowess. She's been honored with Grammy Awards three times. Grammy Award 3 times. Music isn't her only occupation. She has also appeared in TV and movies. She is also the writer of the children's novel River Rose and the Magical Lullaby and involved with many charitable organisations.
