Taylor Swift, the rarest pop sensation, is one who was able to transcend over from country music to mainstream pop culture and become an idol of the world of pop. The singer also swept all over the world during the course of her journey. Swift left her heritage in the country genre like a second skin and proved she had the finest pop sensibility of her generation. Swift was the only musician/singer to follow the zeitgeist of popular music on the road. Her talents could be seen in her first tracks, including the Neodue Tim McGraw. But on her second album Fearless released in 2008 Swift discovered the person she was and reach a wide audience. Fearless had a great success not only in America, but also with six platinum-certified singles. Its Top Ten songs Love Story & You Belong with Me were the main reasons for this. It also performed well all over the world. Swift reached the heights of the charts after the release of Speak Now. With her subsequent three albums, Red (2012) 1989 (2004) and Reputation (2017) and Reputation, her popularity increased and she was able to enter the world of pop music where it was clear that she was a part of. In the end, when she refocused her music by releasing stripped-down albums like 2020, folklore and Evermore, she still remained on top. This position was maintained with the re-recordings she had made from her earlier catalogue as along with Midnights, her synth-heavy chart-topping 2022 album.
